Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. As a Telco Experts’ Sales Engineer, you will be the primary technical resource for the Company’s field sales force.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process
  • Work in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for services and products offered by Telco Experts
  • Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process
  • Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
  • Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management and Operations
  • Able to travel throughout sales territory

Skills

  • Must be self-motivated with a proven track record in sales and knowledge of technology
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate in a professional manner (verbally and written)
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • 3-5+ years relevant experience
  • Experience and familiarity with Telecom products and Services

Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Responsible for the IT division that supports enterprise goals. Additionally, the CIO will report to the CEO and/or the COO at Telco Experts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • CIO is responsible for supervising, managing, and coordinating different aspects of the IT department
  • Developing new IT strategies and execute these strategies for the benefit of the company
  • Responsible for the data security of a company
  • Should ensure that the best hardware, software and computer devices are being used in his company
  • Should develop the new IT strategies in such a way that it does not go beyond the company’s budget
  • Must negotiate with the network administrator in order to ensure that his company’s IT system function smoothly
  • Responsible for the monitoring of all work that is done in the IT department and supervising whether the employees are working as per the company’s requirement or not
  • Must ensure that the best IT tools, software, hardware and other devices are being used for the good performance of the company
  • Must review and test IT solutions which would be profitable to the company
  • Must keep a data backup and ensure there are disaster recovery procedures in case of any emergencies
  • Must ensure all IT strategies are developed keeping the company budget in mind
